National Powersport Auctions debuted an upgraded website on Feb. 1 to better meet the needs of its network of lenders and dealers, Jim Woodruff, NPA’s chief operating officer, told Powersports Finance.

The new platform includes additional functionality on its dealer and lender portals. “Lenders can come through the lender portal and see the inventory, what auction it is in, if it sold, how much it sold for, and what the condition report says,” Woodruff said.

The site also features a new Help Center with educational content, including how-to videos, FAQs, information on NPA and its services, and important document downloads, Woodruff said. The how-to videos “cover the basics of how to get registered [on NPA], how to use our Value Guide and what the numbers mean, how to consign a vehicle with us, and so on,” he added.

The site was revamped for a more modernized look and to make it easier for consumers to navigate across multiple devices. Upgrades include widened pages to better accommodate widescreen monitors, and the navigation was moved to the top of the site for easier mobile access, according to NPA’s first-quarter newsletter. Also upgraded are the staff contacts page, and the media section, which now features digital versions of monthly NPA Market Reports and NPA’s PowerNews newsletters, Woodruff added.
