This page contains the necessary information to prepare your team for your display space in the exhibit hall at PSF 2021.
What does the display space include?
- Standard 8′ x 10′ display space
- 6′ table with a linen and two (2) chairs
* There will NOT be pipe and drape, or any built-out walls that sections off your space. However, please do note that you can bring any promotional materials including banners, tablecloth, flyers, etc. that will fit within your 8’ x 10’ display space.
When will the 2021 PSF Exhibit Hall be open?
Tuesday, October 26th
Setup: 6:30 AM – 7:30 AM
Breakfast: 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM
Morning Break: 11:10 AM – 11:45 AM
Afternoon Break: 3:15 PM – 3:45 PM
Cocktail Reception: 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM
*Petrus Ballroom includes a large patio.
Tear-down: 6:00 PM
Where do I ship my containers for the display space?
Pyramid Logistics is the preferred vendor for the shipping, storage and handling of your boxes needed to setup your display space. Below you will find the links to the shipping form and credit card authorization form.
Pyramid Logistics will bring all of your shipments to the Petrus Ballroom on Tuesday, October 26th at 6:00 AM PST and will be onsite during tear down on Tuesday, October 26th at 6:00 PM to assist with shipping out your packages.

How do I register the participants from my company?
Sponsorship packages include a customized number of complimentary registrations.
Please register your complimentary participants online here.
To register any additional company participants at the discount sponsor rate of $957, please use the standard registration link and select “Sponsor” as their ticket type.
When do I receive the attendee list?
Sponsors have exclusive access to the pre and post show lists for a 1x mailing use. The pre-conference attendee list will be sent out two weeks before the event to the primary contact person at your company. The attendee list includes name, title, company, address, city, state, zip, telephone and email (if the attendee opted-in).
The post-show attendee list will be sent out within a week post-conference of the event.
