Executives from Roadrunner Financial, MotoLease, and Fuel Capital Group will lend their insights on how to improve the customer experience through user-friendly technology, in a panel discussion at PowerSports Finance Summit 2019.
The conference will take place Oct. 23-24 at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront. Registration can be submitted here.
Leading the conversation on using technology to enhance the finance experience are Emre Ucer, co-founder and managing partner of MotoLease; Jason Guss, president of Roadrunner Financial; and Blake Henke, manager of data and analytics at Fuel Capital Group. The trio will discuss such topics as implementing chatbots and other online tools, using mobile technology, and tips on how to maximize automatic decisioning.
Ucer has more than 20 years of operational and financial management experience and co-founded MotoLease in 2010. MotoLease provides lease origination, underwriting, servicing, and financing — all supported by proprietary technology and software for its powersports audience. The company recently launched a lending subsidiary called Motoloan, which offers powersports consumers the ability to purchase vehicles without placing a down payment.
Guss co-founded Octane Lending — the parent company of Roadrunner — back in 2014. Octane is a software company that offers a lender aggregator to help dealers quickly secure competitive financing for their customers. Before creating Octane Lending, Guss was in the corporate strategy group at Capital One, where he managed projects in retail banking, auto lending and brokerage strategy.
Henke was a founding partner at Fuel Capital Group when it kicked off in 2016. The company launched its lease and software company in 2018. Fuel Capital Group recently added 2007 and 2008 Harley-Davidson motorcycles to its lease program. While building the startup, Henke worked as an analyst for Fortune 500 companies.
The panel, entitled “Using Technology to Enhance Customer Experience,” will take place Oct. 23 at 3:15 p.m.
