Hisun Motors Adds 60 Dealerships to Network

Hisun Motors Corp. USA, a manufacturer of all-terrain and utility vehicles, has added 60 dealerships to its network since the beginning of the year, the company reported in a press release.

The McKinney, TX.-based OEM experienced a 100% year over year growth in unit sales as it navigates towards the end of the third quarter. The company credits the sales increase to its efforts to expand its dealer base and believes that it is on track to experience a record-breaking 3Q.

“HISUN is our No. 1 selling product and the margins are better than our other brands as well,” Tracy McIntyre, owner and operator of Moto El Paso, said in a press release. “HISUN also offers a two-year factory warranty, which is up to four times longer than some of the other manufacturers in the business.”

Located in El Paso, TX, Moto El Paso has sold Hisun vehicles for 16 months and is “happily surprised” by the growth in its Hisun customer base, McIntyre added.

Dave Ballard, founder of Ballard Golf Cars & Power Sports, similarly added that Hisun has a larger dealer margin compared with other manufacturers. Headquartered in Hayden, Idaho, Ballard Golf Cars & Power Sports has been a Hisun dealer since 2015.

Hisun works with around 260 dealers. Earlier this year, the OEM reported that it grew unit sales by 153% year over year for a company record-breaking first quarter. The company credited the growth to an increased focus on dealer communications and development.
