iMotosports scores spot as No. 3 Indian dealer

iMotorsports has achieved its goal of becoming the nation’s third-highest seller of Indian Motorcycles, Finance Director Robert Matt told Powersports Finance.

Last week, iMotorsports’ Elmhurst, Ill.-based store was ranked No. 5 among Indian dealers, having sold 172 of the bikes in the past year. The dealership was 10 bike sales away from fourth place and fewer than 15 sales away from third place. The company closed the gap and was notified by Polaris that it had become the third-highest selling dealer.

The dealership finances Indian Motorcycles through lenders such as Performance Finance, Fifth Third Bank, Synchrony Financial, and Speed Leasing.

iMotorsports began selling Indian bikes from its Elmhurst location on May 2018. The dealer credits its growth in Indian sales to its “fly and ride” program, which allows consumers from out-of-state to make purchases at the store and have the bike shipped to them free of charge, Matt previously told PSF.

iMotorsports has two Florida locations — one in St. Petersburg, and the other in Orlando.
