Mahindra Promotes 3 to Support Roxor Dealers

Mahindra Automotive North America has promoted three members of its Roxor Off-Road sales team to lead the growth of the company’s dealer network and provide dealer support.

The promotions will allow Mahindra to devote more manpower to support its 300 dealers, which have come on board since the Roxor officially launched in March 2018, a company spokesman told Powersports Finance.

Jeff Brunson has been promoted to North America sales director, a newly created position. Mark Render succeeded Brunson as regional sales director for the central U.S., while Johnny Hayes was named to a similar role for the southern U.S.

Brunson has been on the sales team since the Roxor launched last year. In his new position reporting to Vice President of Sales Luc de Gaspe Beaubien, he will oversee all regional sales directors for the U.S. and Canada.

Render will oversee the central U.S. region dealer network and sales team development. He has 25 years of sales experience, having worked at companies such as Segway, Erik Buell Racing, and T3 Motion.

Hayes is in charge of the newly created south region, which consists of Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico. In the new role, Hayes will hire a team of district sales managers to support the territory. Hayes has worked in sales positions for CFMOTO, Suzuki, and Yamaha. Both Hayes and Render will report to Brunson.

The salesforce will continue to expand as new team members are hired to fill in the positions under the three managers, the company spokesman said.

Roxor is currently running its “RoxNRoll” spring promotion through captive Mahindra Finance USA. The promotion includes payments as low as $199 per month, $1,000 in additional trade-in value, and additional one-year warranty coverage. The promo ends June 30.
