MotoLease LLC is ramping up its mobility efforts with the debut of a new lessee portal and My MotoLease mobile app, Managing Partner Emre Ucer told Powersports Finance.
“Now lessees can access their account to check payment history, make a payment, get instant payoff quotes, and do more through a web browser or smartphone,” he said.
The portal, which launched May 25, should create “more repeat business” for MotoLease’s dealer partners and dealers “will no longer need to wait to receive a payoff amount on a trade-in,” Ucer said.
MotoLease is also increasing its dealer support team by four members “to improve the response time to our dealer inquiries” and “to assist our dealers with all their new application-related requests,” he added.
The Los Angeles-based powersports finance company currently makes loans for 1,000 authorized dealers, and adds an average five new dealers to its network each week.
