MotoLease LLC is bolstering its technology initiatives this year, starting with a new dealer inventory website, Managing Partner Emre Ucer told Powersports Finance.
The new site will allow authorized dealers to list inventory, and consumers can view the pricing, estimate monthly payments, and pre-qualify for loans, Ucer said.
The website will be offered separate from MotoLease’s site, and is projected to be launched within 60 days. Separately, MotoLease is developing Dealer Platform 2.0 — an upgraded version of its dealer portal — in an effort to streamline operations for dealers, Ucer said.
“That’s a big undertaking that will take about four months to complete,” he said. The enhanced dealer platform has been a priority since June 2016, when MotoLease shifted focus away from its consumer leasing app to provide “excellent support for our dealers via all channels — including online, chat, phone, email — and basically be available for dealers when they need us,” Ucer previously said.
Los Angeles-based MotoLease makes loans for 1,000 authorized dealers and adds 30 to 50 new dealers to its network each month.
