Yamaha Hires 11-Year Remarketing Vet as Collateral Manager

canstockphoto4673936Sandra Giron left LBS Financial Credit Union last month after serving more than 11 years as remarketing specialist to join Yamaha Motor Corp. USA as its collateral manager.

Giron first joined LBS in July 2005, according to her LinkedIn. During her tenure at the credit union, Giron managed and coordinated all auctions and retail sales for the company’s auto, marine, RV, and powersports portfolios. She also assessed collateral for the appropriate remarketed value, audited dealer book-sheet discrepancies, set vehicle values, and tracked auction performance.

Long Beach, Calif.-based LBS Financial Credit Union finances all powersports vehicles, including RVs, with terms up to 84 months on new vehicles, and 72 months on used vehicles, according to its website.

Prior to LBS, Giron served as collections specialist for Wachovia — which was since acquired by Wells Fargo Capital Finance — for 11 years, as well as collections specialist for GC Services, according to her LinkedIn.
